Vermilion Events was thrilled to be involved in the design portion of this event. Rock the Warehouse paired up with the multi Chamber mixer Tres Amigos and once again invaded Classic Part Rentals. Held at their main warehouse , this huge networking mixer including the always popular White Room Challenge. Teams including designer, florist and other fab friends form the industry are randomly assigned to a booth, that has a table inside. Once that clock starts you have 20 minutes to run through the warehouse an find other items for a table design.
Thank yous to Hoot and Holler Florist for joining us. The always glamours Jacque Duhame, the always perky Jennifer Constanos, the fab Amy Simon and our own Emmanuel Soignard rounded out our team.
Thinking way beyond the norm, Team Vermilion Events decided to choose a hedge wall as our table top. Then we strung not lights but individual flower holders over the top of the table and created a sassy spring table setting. Always looking for new ideas for wedding and event design we wanted to explore something way outside the box.
A huge out pour of support was on hand to cheer us on. Through out the warehouse was food, decor, drinks and a live band. All in all everyone had an amazing time.
